Crypture World is an NFT game developed by an experienced group of crypto enthusiasts on the WAX Blockchain. Collect Creatures

Cryptures, the in-game collectible creatures can be found in-game while exploring, bought on the AtomicHub marketplace, obtained from breeding, or won through multiple giveaways! Each creature is a unique NFT that is able to take part in Adventures, Quests, Combat, and Breeding. Resources and materials are collected during Adventures which let the player build and upgrade their Headquarters, craft, cook and practice alchemy!

Fast And Cheap Blockchain

The project is hosted on the WAX Blockchain which is a popular choice among the gaming NFT space. In fact, they offer one of the cheapest transaction costs while matching the speed of other most used blockchains. This means that players don't have to constantly worry about gas fees and they can fully enjoy the game.

Project Roadmap

To track your progress and collect NFTs from Crypture World, you need to link a WAX Wallet. The game supports WAX Cloud Wallet and Anchor Wallet to authenticate the players.

WAX Cloud Wallet

Creating a WAX Cloud Wallet is straightforward. It can be done by going on the Wax Cloud Wallet Website and creating an account.

Step 1: Visit https://wallet.wax.io/ and create an account or log in.

Step 2: Once the account is created and you have staked some RAM and CPU/NET resources, visit the official game website https://play.cryptureworld.com and log in using your Wax Wallet account.

Step 3: When you join the game for the first time you have the option to claim a Free Starter Kit that includes a free Headquarters and one free Crypture. Enjoy!

Getting funds

After taking Herizo on a few adventures, you may want to add more funds to purchase materials or some additional cryptures from the AtomicHub Marketplace. Funding your WAX wallet with $WAX has become easier than ever!

• The first way to get $WAX tokens is to go to WAX Cloud Wallet's website and exchange other cryptos into $WAX or to use a credit card to purchase $WAX.

• Another way you can fund your wallet is by buying $WAX directly on Binance and sending it to your WAX wallet address. Make sure to type in your wallet name correctly or you risk losing your funds!

• You may also opt to use your credit card directly on AtomicHub to pay for any item from the Crypture World Official collection: crypturewrld.

As a player in Crypture World, you collect resources and NFT lootings through adventures, fight corrupted forces in PvE, raid opponents in PvP, brew potions, mine ores and farm fruits to improve your skills and craft highly sought-after goods.

Adventures

The most basic mechanic in the game is the adventure mode. After sending a team of Cryptures to adventure in the Forest or Magma region, they collect some amount of resources (Wood, Rock and Gold) that are credited in your account's balance. Sometimes they may bring back a NFT looting which will be minted directly to your wallet.

Every adventure puts the team of Cryptures and the Headquarters in a cooldown period that prevents the possibility to adventure again for some time. The cooldown period varies based on the number of Cryptures adventuring and their respective Time stats.

Adventuring allows progression in the game by increasing the experience (XP) of your team, which in turn unlocks higher Max Attack and Max Defense stats. It also serves to obtain materials that can be traded or used in Crafting.

Combat (PvE)

During adventures, the Cryptures may come across a wild Corrupted Crypture. When that happens you have the choice to accept to engage those forces or retreat. Based on the battle stats and the types of special attacks offered by your team, you may choose which Cryptures are to be placed on defense and which ones will participate in attack. After every attack, the HP of your Cryptures and the HP of the enemy is recalculated to reflect the amount of damage taken by each party. By virtue of Special attacks, players can strategize to inflict more damage to the enemy (see for more information).

After the corrupted forces are defeated, the Cryptures can receive a boost to their stats (XP, Attack, Defense), a NFT prize may be awarded AND the player may also win the Corrupted Crypture which will be minted to his wallet.

The energy contained in Fruits serves to heal Cryptures which were hurt during battle.

Battle raids (PvP)

This battle mode allows players to assemble a Battle Team of mixed Cryptures originating from any region in Crypture World. A Search feature finds a worthy opponent to attack in 1vs1 battle. You may choose Special attacks to be used by your Cryptures and they will fight the opponent team from left to right in sequential order. The last player to have a standing Crypture (HP > 0) wins the battle.

If the attacking party wins, they will raid 5% of the opponents resources (Wood, Rock and Gold) up to a maximum of 5k each. There is also a probability to win a NFT prize or a Magma Chest. If the defending party successfully thwarts the attack, they will receive a Common Shield as a reward.

Searching opponents may be risky because every time it costs the player a small amount of Gold.

Crafts

Crafting allows everyone to actively participate in increasing the supply of goods in Crypture World. The NFTs obtained from crafting can be used in-game by the player or sold in exchange for $WAX on the MarketHub Marketplace to help maintain a healthy economy. Skill level tracks the amount of experience the player has accumulated for each type of craft. At higher skill levels you can gain access to a bonus NFT, more exclusive recipes or higher energy fruits.

Alchemy

An Alchemy station can be acquired from the Crypture Store in exchange for Wood, Rock and Gold. It gives the option to brew Potions and cook Warding Steak. Potions can be applied during adventures and boost the Luck or Power stats of the team. The Warding Steak protects the player from battle raids.

Farming

Farm plots need to be irrigated with a Water Bucket before they can be planted.

Players plant Seeds on farm plots which in time gives rise to a bountiful harvest of Fruits. Food is essential to heal wounded Cryptures and feeding allows to evolve Forest Cryptures beyond level 10.

Farms can be Private or Public. Farm owners have the option to rent their fields to other players by charging rent (Wood, Rock, Gold). Each farm owner can choose the rent they want to charge (subject to min/max of the game).

Mining

A Mining station can be acquired from the Crypture Store in exchange for Wood, Rock and Gold. The mining station is the only way to obtain Coal that is necessary for cooking and in the future it will be a source of precious gemstones.

Choose a region

At present time in Crypture World there are two regions available: Forest and Magma. You can select which region to explore on the welcome screen.

Set your Headquarters

Before you can send your Cryptures to adventure, a Headquarters associated with the specific region is necessary. Each Headquarters has a maximum capacity for the number of Cryptures it can host. To welcome new players, the free Crypture Herizo and the Starter Hut can be used to adventure in both regions.

Step1: Click on Set HQ in the upper top right corner of the screen. The Set HQ dialog shows the capacity and level of a Headquarters from your Inventory.

Step2: Mark your selection with a blue check and click on Save. Most actions in Crypture World must be recorded on the blockchain and the transaction is signed by the player's wallet. After authorizing the transaction using your WAX Wallet, you will see your active Headquarters displayed at the top of the screen.

Set adventure team

To select which Cryptures will be going on adventure you need to open the Adventure section using the main navigation.

Step1: Click on the Change Team link next to Your Team title.

Step2: Mark the desired Cryptures with a blue check and click Save to record your choice on the WAX blockchain. Only Cryptures from the same region as your Headquarters are displayed. To help find a specific Crypture you may wish to filter by its Rarity or to search by its Name.

Start your first adventure

Materials

Players can earn NFT materials while adventuring and during battles. Categories of materials include: seeds, mushrooms, water bucket, essence of life and raw meat.

Resources

The resources (Gold, Wood, Rock) have utility to upgrade Structures and Headquarters, acquiring items in the Crypture Store, paying rent to Farm owners and covering other in-game expenses.

Some resources can be part of crafting recipes, for example in Mines.

Crafting System

The materials and resources can then be crafted into items, such as brewing potions, growing food and mining ores. Special Structures are required to transform the materials into goods: Alchemy Stations, Farming Plots and Mines.

Game economy

Crafting plays a big role in Crypture World's economy. Players are able to craft different items that are in high demand just like in MMORPGs. Crypture World aims to be a Play-to-earn game where players can progress by grinding and strategizing wisely to reach the end game!

Besides being unique collectibles, Cryptures are also valuable due to their importance in Crypture World. They allow players to:

• Collect resources (Wood, Rock, Gold) and NFT lootings from Adventures

• Engage Corrupted forces in battle for CWT and other NFT lootings (PvE)

• Protect the Forest Headquarters from enemy Battle raids (PvP)

• Initiate Battle raids against other players and run the chance to obtain NFT lootings

• CPU staking based on their Score property

Each Crypture has a set of immutable and mutable properties. Immutable data is a permanent characteristic of a Crypture while its mutable data can vary based on game play.

Immutable properties

Mutable properties

Mutable properties are very important to track the state of Cryptures in the game. If you are buying Cryptures in the secondary market, you must be well versed in how those properties can impact market value.

Experience (XP)

Experience is gained during every Adventure and in PvE battle. When the XP stat reaches the maximum XP of a particular level, a Crypture will effectively "level up". Each time it becomes progressively harder to reach the next one.

Levels

Crypture levels range between 1 and 60. At level 10 Forest Cryptures must undergo Evolution and a new Tier 2 NFT is minted. Note that Magma Cryptures do not undergo evolution at this time.

Health (HP)

By default, Cryptures have full HP. After being wounded in battle, this stat will reflect their new health. Max Health is based on the level of the Crypture. The Healing feature can increase HP up to the upper limit.

Attack

The Attack stat determines the amount of unmitigated damage that will be inflected upon an enemy. Max Attack is the maximum attainable Attack value and it increases based on the Crypture's level. The Training feature can increase Attack up to the upper limit.

Defense

The Defense stat is a damage mitigation factor of a Crypture. Max Defense is the maximum attainable Defense value and it increases based on the Crypture's level. The Training feature can increase Defense up to the upper limit.

Forest Eggs

Hatching eggs is free and can be done in the Inventory section of the game's website.

The Common egg contains 1 Crypture, the Uncommon egg contains 3 Cryptures and the Premium egg contains 5 Cryptures. Each egg has different pull rates depending on its rarity.

Corrupted Rarity

Every egg also has hatch rates for Corrupted rarity cards. Each Crypture has its own Corrupted version. Corrupted rarity cards have boosted stats and they give more points on the leaderboards than their standard rarities. The Corrupted hatch rate for each rarity is 1% of its rarity.

Magma Eggs

Corrupted Rarity

Every egg also has hatch rates for Corrupted rarity cards. Each Crypture has its own Corrupted version. Corrupted rarity cards have boosted stats and they give more points on the leaderboards than their standard rarities. The Corrupted hatch rate for each rarity is 1% of its rarity.

Governance Token in Crypture World (CWT) is awarded during PvE battles when the corrupted forces are conquered. Each player can see the amount of CWT they have acquired by visiting the Adventure page.

In the future CWT will serve as a voting mechanism for community decisions that are planned in the upcoming Guild Vs Guild battles.

Crypture Rarities

There are five normal rarities of Cryptures and one special corrupted rarity.

These rarities are: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical and Corrupted.

Incubator Rarities

Incubators have matching rarities with Cryptures, as creatures are only able to be hatched from the corresponding incubator.

Secondary market trading

You may decide to sell some of your materials for profit or engage in trading the NFTs in your possession on secondary markets. Crypture World does not guarantee any revenue because it has no control over the prices dictated in those markets. Please consult a certified financial advisor for investment advice and know the risks you are taking before engaging in this type of trading.

Magma Chests

Magma Chests can be obtained from PvP battles. Their contents are not disclosed at this time but more information will be available soon.

Golden Chests

Golden chests were discontinued in the Crypture Store. But they are still being sold on secondary markets. The Vault feature will honor the following rewards:

• 50% chance of obtaining a small bag of Waxium exchangeable for 4 Wax.

• 20% chance of obtaining a medium bag of Waxium exchangeable for 10 Wax.

• 5% chance of obtaining a large bag of Waxium exchangeable for 20 Wax.

Players who receive a bag of Waxium in a Golden Chest can exchange it to for Wax using the "Vault" feature;

1. Select "Claim"

2. Select the bags you wish to exchange for WAX.

3. Select "Claimed Selection" to confirm the exchange.

4. Claim your $WAX.

Crypture World has implemented a sophisticated combat system that is based on Crypture types and progressive combat stats. As a rule of thumb, higher rarity Cryptures are more likely to grow into being stronger and more resistant to damage than lower rarity Cryptures.

Training is a key factor in developing your Cryptures. By gaining more experience and with proper training, every Crypture has the potential to grow stronger and more resilient during battle.

Healing

An HP bar displays the health (HP) of a Crypture, which by default is fully green. The maximum HP for a Crypture depends on its type and level. As a Crypture gains experience and levels up, the Max HP limit increases. To top up the HP stat, a Crypture must be fed Fruits (see Healing section).

During battle your Cryptures will take some amount of damage based on heir Defense stat, the Attack stat of the opponent and the type of Special attack. A Crypture whose HP falls to zero is no longer able to inflict damage to its opponents. Only the Healing feature can revive a wounded Crypture.

Training

The Attack and Defense stats track the strength and resilience of Cryptures. As they gain experience and level up, their Max Attack and Max Defense limits increase. You must use the Training feature to inflate the battle stats up to their max values.

Training equipment can be obtained in exchange for resources (Wood, Rock, Gold) in the Crypture Store. Training equipment can also be found on the secondary market.

Training equipment has rarities with variable values:

Special attacks

By default all Cryptures perform a Normal attack. However, some Cryptures have the extra ability to perform Special attacks as defined by their Type. When properly chosen, a Special attack will amplify the damage upon a vulnerable opponent.

During defense, some Types of Cryptures will be more resistant to certain attacks. Hence, they will mitigate part of the damage received.

The Battle charts are the official reference which allows players to strategize by selecting special attacks and managing risk during battle.

Different regions, different rewards

Players begin their Crypture World experience in the Forest region. At their arrival in the forest, players need to acquire a Basic Forest Headquarters and at least 1 Crypture. The Forest Headquarters acts as the player's "base" in that region. In order to adventure in a certain region, the player must first build a Headquarters in that region. Most materials are only obtainable in their appropriate region. New regions and materials will be released at every major update.

Build your team composition!

Every player is able to set their team composition by selecting their Cryptures. The number of Cryptures able to be sent on adventures depends on the player's Headquarters level. Headquarters start with a capacity of 3 Cryptures at level 1 and gain +1 capacity every 5 levels. Headquarters can be leveled up by adventuring, every adventure gives XP to the Cryptures and the HQ.

After their team composition is set, players can adventure and earn resources (wood, rock and gold) depending on their 'luck' factor. NFT materials or eggs can be found depending on the team's 'power' factor. The 'time' factor shows the time in seconds the Crypture takes per adventure.

Headquarters levels and upgrades

Each player has their own Headquarters in Crypture World, serving as a residence for all explorers and adventurers. The Headquarters level determines how many Cryptures a player can send to adventure. To upgrade or build a HQ, players need to send their Cryptures to adventures. Players with a higher level Headquarters can send more Cryptures to adventure and earn better rewards.

Tier 1 Headquarters can reach level 10 maximum. In order to unlock levels 11-20, players need to pay resources (Gold, Rock, Wood) to tier up their Headquarters. Tier 2 Headquarters are visually different and have a higher Crypture capacity.

Brewing Potions

Potions

Potions are used to enhance the stats of cryptures. The brewing system allows players to use their materials and resources to upgrade their teams stats and evolve in the Crypture World.

Alchemy Skill level

Every player has a specific alchemy skill that that levels up as the player gains experience from brewing potions. Level 5 Alchemy skill players gain 2x the potion that they would normally get from each brew.

Alchemy station level

As players level up their alchemy station, they unlock new more powerful potions for their cryptures. To upgrade an alchemy station, players need to add the alchemy station blueprint (found in the store) to the ingredients of the station, and click on Unlock slot. The number of blueprint NFT necessary for an upgrade is equal to the current number of slots the table has. Meaning you will need 3 blueprint NFTs in order to level up your station to level 4.

Brewing Walkthrough

To brew potions, an alchemy station is needed (can be obtained in the store for 2.5k gold, 5k wood, 3k rock). Specific materials are also required for each potion. Each Alchemy station can only be used by the player owning it.

1. Adding ingredients to the Alchemy Station

To add ingredients, head to the Structures section, and select the brew button of the Alchemy Station you wish to brew on.

Before brewing potions, you will first need to make sure you have sent your specific ingredients to your ingredient bag. To do so, click on the Add Ingredients button and select the ingredients you wish to send to the game (doing so will send your NFT to the smart contract and it will no longer appear in your inventory).

Keep in mind ingredients can be retrieved back to the inventory by selecting the Return Ingredients button. Ingredients are also associated to the player and not the station, meaning your ingredients will be maintained for every alchemy station you visit.

2. Start brewing potions

After selecting the potion you want to brew on the specific slot, the ingredients necessary will appear. If all ingredients are in the player's ingredient bag, the Brew button will appear and the player will be able to start the brew.

3. Claiming the potion

At the end of the brewing cooldown, a claim button will appear in the slot, allowing the player to claim the potion. Level 5 alchemy skill players will earn the potion twice.

Planting seeds on a farm

Farming lands are used to grow seeds into their respective fruits. Players can set their land to "public" which makes their land visible to other players. Other players are able to come plant on their farm in exchange of a fee in resources set by the farm owner.

Farming lands can contain 5 seeds at level 1 and only common seeds. Farming plot owners can level up their farm using resources which which will higher the amount of seeds that can be planted in the plant up to 10 seeds and allow all types of seeds to be planted on the land.

In order for a farm to grow seeds, players need to send water to the farm (Water Buckets). Every water bucket extends the active time of the farming plot by 36 hours. Players can also decide to fertilize a land using an Essence of Life which will make seeds grow 25% faster for 36 hours.

Farming Walkthrough:

1. Selecting a farm

Firstly, inside of the "Farming" section, you need to select the farming plot on which you wish to grow your crops. Keep in mind each respective farm is owned by a player and has a specific fee associated with planting on each plot (rent).

• The Water droplet next to the farm indicates that the farm is irrigated and seeds can be planted.

• The Life of Essence (Green Bottle) indicates that the farm is fertilized (see first section).

• The Level indicates the level of the farming plot. Higher level plots grant higher rewards.

• "MY HARVESTS" button toggles the farms in which the player has active crops.

2. Adding supplies

Before planting crops on a farm, you will first need to make sure you have sent your specific seeds to your supplies bag.

To do so, click on the Add Supplies button and select the seeds you wish to send to the game (doing so will send your NFT to the smart contract and it will no longer appear in your inventory).

Keep in mind supplies can be retrieved back to the inventory by selecting the Return Supplies button. Supplies are also associated to the player and not the farm, meaning your supplies will be maintained for every farm you visit.

3. Planting your crops

To plant your crops, select the the fruit you wish to plant on the specific plot and click plant.

*If the fruit you wish to plant does no appear on the plot, the farm does not have the specific level requirement to plant the fruit (Folial Fruit - Level 1, Azular Fruit - Level 3, Portocal Fruit - Level 6)

4. Harvesting your crops

To return to the farm you have planted your seed, toggle the HARVESTS option in the farms sections, and the farms you have fruits planted in will appear (see step 1.).

After the cooldown is finished, you will be able to harvest the crop you have planted, and earn the respective fruit.

*Upon the end of the crop cooldown, a renewal cooldown restricts planting to the last farmer for a short amount of time.

Mining Ore

Ores

Coal is currently used as a material for cooking the Warding Steak. In the future mines will be a source of precious gemstones that will have utility in Guilds.

Mining Skill level

Every player has a specific mining skill that that levels up as the player gains experience from mining ores. Level 5 and above Mining skill players will receive a second bonus ore from the mine.

Mine level

As players level up their mines, they unlock more precious ores. To upgrade a mine, players need to have the required quantity of materials (Wood and Rock), and click on the (+) icon. The number of mining slots is increased up to a maximum of 4 slots per mine.

Mining Walkthrough

To mine ores, a mine is required (can be obtained in the store for 20k Gold, 75k Wood, 75k Rock). Specific materials are also required to start the mining process. Each Mine can only be used by the player owning it.

1. Start mining ores

After selecting the ore you want to mine on the specific slot, the materials necessary will appear. If all materials are available, the Mine button will appear and the player will be able to start mining.

2. Claiming the ores

At the end of the mining cooldown, a claim button will appear in the slot, allowing the player to claim the ore. Level 5 mining skill players will earn 2x ores.

Evolve

Forest Cryptures that reach Level 10 can be evolved using Fruits. Evolving Cryptures makes them stronger; it gives them extra "Luck" and "Power" stats. Evolved Cryptures are therefore more likely to win NFTs and resources during adventures or battles.

Please note that Magma Cryptures do not evolve at Level 10. Tier 1 Magma Cryptures can go up to Level 60.

Evolving Walkthrough

1. Acquiring fruits

To evolve your Forest Crypture, a specific amount of fruit energy is required for each evolution. Fruits are NFTs obtained in farming (view Farm) or purchased on secondary market.

2. Evolving

When a Forest Crypture reaches level 10, an Evolve button will appear on it in the inventory section. Selecting it brings you to a menu about the information on the evolution. To add the necessary energy for the evolution, the player will need to select the fruits they own, and click on the evolve button to evolve the Crypture.

*The Adventure or Battle team needs to be set again after evolving a Crypture present in the active team.

The Crypture Store is an in-game shop for buying items in exchange for resources (or $WAX). Some items can be purchased in bulk so you can specify the amount that is needed. The prices and items offered are subject to change in the future.

A referral system was put in place to encourage players to share the game with their friends. To access your referral link, you must access the Game settings (gear icon).

Referral bonus

The referring player and the new player BOTH receive 5,000 GOLD + 5,000 ROCK + 5,000 WOOD in resources.

Claiming reward

The new player must join Crypture World using your referral link. They must also adventure a few times to see the CLAIM BONUS popup. After the transaction is confirmed using their wallet, both players receive their bonus resources.

Referral count

You can check the number of "confirmed" players you have referred in Game settings, the number is shown beside the title above your referral link.

Requirements for breeding

Breeding is done using Incubators and requires two identical Cryptures. Both the Cryptures AND the incubator must have the same rarity for breeding to be successful.

If the breeding is successful, the incubator NFT is burned and a new baby Crypture is created.

Why are incubators necessary?

Incubators are the perfect way to balance and control the number of Cryptures minted with the breeding mechanism. If breeding didn't require incubators, players would mint unlimited amounts of creatures with no cost and ruin the ecosystem of Crypture World.

Badges are obtainable by completing milestones in the game. Some badges are given out to early holders, during special events, to the strongest collectors, etc.

Are badges tradable?

Yes, badges, just like every other item in Crypture World is an NFT on the WAX blockchain, meaning that it can be listed, traded or transferred to any other player on AtomicHub.

What is the purpose of badges?

Badges are a creative and fun way to reward the most dedicated players in the community. These NFTs can be collected by players by grinding and can be used to show their love for the game! Players who don't own a Badge can purchase 2 Golden Chests a day. Players who own a Forest Badge can purchase 3 Golden Chests a day. Players who own a Founders Badge can purchase 5 Golden Chests a day.

The Founders Badge is given to every person that has the 'Adventurer' role in the Discord server. The Adventurer role is limited to 100 people and therefore this badge is also limited to 100. This badge allows its holder to participate in every future pre-sale whitelist with a 10% discount.

The Forest Badge is given to 1000 'Explorers' in the Discord server. Another 200 badges were sold as a drop which makes the total supply of Forest Badges 1200. The Forest Badge allows its holder to participate in the Forest Pack sale pre-sale whitelist with a 5% discount.

Most Crypture World NFTs are given a score depending on their rarity. An overall inventory score is then given to each player to compete on the leaderboard.
